good for white paper, not so much on dark paper
I tried all of the colors in 1 of the 24 packages (same 12 colors in a package) %26 they all worked nicely on white paper. Not so much on darker colored paper. I thought it would be like any fluorescent gel pen on darker paper, but the lighter colors (yellow, light green) dont even show. On white paper they're bright %26 stand out perfectly.

ok, not great
These neon gel pens are just ok...I have used much better and I have used worse, they are mid-range at best. The saturation of color just really isn't there. Yeah, most of the colors are bright, but some seem like they just don't want to last long...and I checked several boxes cause at this price point, it was a whole CASE of 12 count boxes of them! 😆 I'll have them forever, even after sharing! (kidding...I will be donating to the elementary school or something) Basically, I'm saying there are much better neon gel pens out there, but for the price they ain't too bad. I sorta recommend these...6.75/10 🤪😎

i liked the colors they glow great under black light, but the ink went fast. i got a short amount of time to use before the ink was all gone.

Great colors !
I've lost count of how many times I've ordered these pens.Smooth writing, Awsome colors ,options can be pastel, neon and maybe more. Those are the two I have ordered and every single pen covers evenly and doesn't skip , glob or make my paper soggy. To top it off the price is right! And they last a long time!

Pretty colors
Pretty colors, to use. In coloring, writing and etc. And, to be used inside. Never outside, when its hot. But, when the weather is nice.
