The adjustable straps fit my daughter perfectly and she loves the zip closure system. Only thing is the headphones could be better quality but overall rly good 👌

Couldn't tell by picture online but there is no smaller section on the front of the backpack. There is one long vertical zipper and no area to store smaller items. The round shape of the lunchbag is also awkward and will not fit standard lunch box containers. Not a great design. Will be returning.

Disappointing
The padded laptop sleeve doesn't fit laptops properly and the side mesh pockets are way too small 😬 Also the adjustable straps keep slipping no matter how I tighten them fr 💀
