work well
i bought this last week and work great to clean the nose.

Just your basic electric aspirator
Does what it's supposed to, but suction strength is too low. I've seen reviews on other nasal aspirators that say the same as well. They just aren't made for strong suction like I get when using an oral nasal aspirator. You'll have to hold this in your babies nose for 5 minutes to get good enough results, and it seems to work best when in contact with a surface to suck the mucus off of. My baby won't be still long enough for that. Definitely not compared to the hospital ones, like I was hoping for.
