I like that it kicks in quicker than regular pills—usually within 10 to 15 minutes. The powder dissolves easily in water or can be taken straight, but the taste is definitely strong and a little bitter, so that's something to get used to. Still, the relief it gives makes up for it. It is so effective in getting rid of headaches and general achiness. I love the individual doses because they are easy to take anywhere without needing the entire box. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i tried it both ways the package suggests, mixed with water & on the tongue. it's gross, i would rather take a pill than this. it works good though maybe for children or people who can not take pills but if you are able to take pills that's much better

I only got about half the powder in my mouth before the saltiness began to overwhelm my mouth. Swallowing the powder was like trying to do the cinnamon challenge. Instant cotton mouth, and even the water washing it down didn't help very much. I would 100% rather use a pill form over this. Maybe it's good for individuals who have issues swallowing pills, but at that point, a liquid form would be preferable.

I got barely any on my tongue and the taste was absolutely horrible and I just couldn't get myself to do more. The taste also stuck around for like 5 min afterward even with barely using any and drinking lots of water. I will not be using this again.
