Gets the job done as expected. I always prefer my BCAAs in powder form but these capsules have been proven much more convenient. Since capsules are absorbed slower than powder, I like taking'em pre- or intra-workout.

I've always been a fan of RSP nutrition and now that wall mart sells its even easier to get my hands on my supplements. These BCAAS are great I'm a student so I"m always caring a lot these are way more convenient to carry and get my amios. As for the product itself its great I'm never without BCAAS

Received a product with an expiration date too close (March 2025). Very disappointing—feels like they're just trying to get rid of nearly expired stock. Not recommended.
