[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that this BCAA Big 6 nutrition supplement dissolves well in water and does not contain caffeine and help to recover after a workout. Research show that BCAAs may help support muscle and recovery and fluid balance. This one actually contains all 6 BCAA which is awesome. Highly recommend and will continue to use this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stopped using BCAAs and recently picked it back up. I will say that I have been pleasantly surprised With the NOW brand of BCAAs, I can actually feel relief in my sore muscles when I drink it, and I usually alternate consumption between pre and post workouts. It dissolves well and tastes good too!

I love the watermelon flavor! I mix one scoop with a glass of water before my workouts and feel great before and after the gym! Super hydrated and an easy recovery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using this product during my workouts. The watermelon tastes great. It’s easy to use - just add a scoop to my shaker bottle with 14 ounces of water and I can get started on my workout. Because it’s caffeine free, I don’t have to worry about it effecting my sleep and I can use this day or night depending on when I workout that day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took my BCAA for days when I knew would be more sore than usual from workouts and it really helped me bounce back quicker with less soreness the following days. The taste is sweet but not bad since it’s not super sweet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So much to love about this product ! the research that goes into everything NOW makes gives me confidence that it’s all clean and it does what it says it will do - I add a scoop to some water and mix it up - I’ve tried it both before a workout and during - the watermelon taste is so refreshing and not too sweet. I can tell the difference in my endurance when I have this - I have more energy to complete my workout goals. I appreciate that its not that kind of energy where you experience a slump afterwards like from a cup of coffee . I really love the taste and the results .

The flavors is just gross
