I just use one scoop with 16 oz of water and shake it up to fuel my workout. The watermelon flavor is so delicious too. I appreciate that this product is natural and doesn't include any artificial ingredients and is caffeine free. The 6 essential amino acids provided in the product allows extra endurance and easier recovery for my sessions. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to try pre-intra-or post workout!

Research show that BCAAs may help support muscle and recovery and fluid balance. This one actually contains all 6 BCAA which is awesome. Highly recommend and will continue to use this!

It helps with the soreness and also with the extreme hunger I feel after I train. I like the watermelon taste, it's not too sweet tho.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to train (weightlifting, running, and tennis) everyday but I almost 47 year old body gets pretty grumpy about it. Stretching and recovery in between days has helped, but taking BCAA Big 6 right before or right after exercise has reduced my pain/soreness to almost zero the next day to where I might explore training more again. I was supplementing with whey protein shakes 2x a day and 5mg daily creatine before, but the soreness signaled that I needed to take every other day off. It's also hard to say but I'm now also lifting more weight than I've been able to, even after consistently lifting for 2+ years. Highly recommend you give it a try and see what's possible for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So much to love about this product ! the research that goes into everything NOW makes gives me confidence that it’s all clean and it does what it says it will do - I add a scoop to some water and mix it up - I’ve tried it both before a workout and during - the watermelon taste is so refreshing and not too sweet. I can tell the difference in my endurance when I have this - I have more energy to complete my workout goals. I appreciate that its not that kind of energy where you experience a slump afterwards like from a cup of coffee . I really love the taste and the results .

These BCAAs were delicious tasting and I feel like theyre helping to round out my nutrition! Between the BCAAS and the Chocolate Pea Protein I feel energized throughout and after my workouts. Besides tasting great, I love that they have nothing artificial in them.
