I take them daily. All of these types of products always have people saying they're a waste blah blah. People don't seem to understand what the word "supplement" means. We don't all have the time or stomach capacity to just eat a steak whenever we can and get the aminos.
I have neuropathy and this stuff has helped me get back to normal and only been using a few days now. I will continue to buy this and it's not expensive.

Pill form of bcaa great for on the go, easier to fit in the gym backpack vs a large powder jar. Unflavored which I like, no artificial sweeteners or color additives. Dont need to dilute in a large amount of water as well
