This nonstick baking paper is a lifesaver in the kitchen. You can line baking sheets under cakes, cookies and pastries eliminating extra grease or oil. I lay pieces under all my meats, fish and poultry In roasting or baking. It works even as a liner in casserole dishes. It really cuts scrubbing and cleanup time in half .

This is a nice baking paper that is easy to use. It rolls out of the box easily and cuts nicely on the tear stip of the box. It fit my baking sheet pretty well and held up to the oven temp very nicely - it could be reused once or maybr twice more. My baking sheet stayed clean and there was no mess to clean up.

A great product for cooking when you don't want to clean dishes. You simply put it in your baking pan for example cook afterwards pull it right out of your pan and throw it in the trashcan. You may need to take a wet rag and wipe the inside of the pan out and then maybe dry it but if that's a simple, easy clean.

This is nice paper easy to fold and a perfect no stick cook. My box was smashed so I had to tape it to use the cutting edge, but it was shipped in an envelope so no wonder. I think it is a good-sized roll for the value.

The parchment arrived in a box crushed on both ends. The paper inside and the razor edge remained in tact. Regarding the amount, the math doesn't quite add up, as the box details are in meters, and the online write up is in standard form (and rounded up from the actual amount enclosed). The quality is pretty amazing: there's a coating that most cheaper parchment doesn't have. If you're baking something prone to sticking, the smoother paper will be helpful.

i like the unbleached paper. good quality. the box it came in was a little torn but i would buy it again.

The paper is to expensive compared to other paper brands. The item worked at intended, but I would never buy again because of the price.
