Absolutely love this camera. Easy to install and works great. I was kinda disappointed that it didn’t come with plug ins to just plug into the light sockets so I didn’t have to use a lamp. I don’t like the fact the f having the lamp on all the time in order for it to work. So I went and bought some plug in Really happy. I have them plugged into to a surge protector.

Plug in your light socket and grab your cellphone. Just that easy! Make sure you use the smart binding option‼️

They r really good camera with a 360 view but it never said you had to buy a plan to use it. That would've helped a lot on my purchase. I wouldn't have bought them if I knew that

Pretty much clear video, one camera was a pain to connect but the other was easy peasy. We have both working now and feel pretty satisfied.

item was shipped to me already marked as doesnt work. it was a hassle getting a refund . took over ten days.

the live view is decent... but won't let you replay activity unless you subscribe to their ridiculously overpriced subscriptions. not even using an SD card after it said you could. won't work and you can't view anything on it unless you subscribe. not worth the hassle

It doesn’t even work. Won’t turn on at all. I done the steps needed by getting the app. But nothing will work if it won’t come on.

Ordered a DUAL camera pack. One camera NEVER worked; tried NUMEROUS times (multiple methods) to sync to the network and app. The other camera WORKED, but was horrible; lost the network connection CONSTANTLY. The operation (movement, zoom, etc.) barely worked. NEVER provided constant surveillance; lost network connection, froze, etc. The camera is HORRIBLE; I sync/tested cameras while directly next to the router and cell phone.

I like the cameras I thought it work with wifi not pay $699.00 per year to keep them running doesn't tell u that I got my refund back very disappointing it
