no written instructions provided on how to use all of the different features of this sewing machine. I also searched the companies website with no luck. The only online instructions I found were the same 12 pg small booklet that was inside of the box with the sewing machine that only outlined some of the main features on how to thread the machine, removable part for arm (circular) sewing. Nothing on how to change pressure feet: zipper foot, button hole device and how to use, how to use the various different built in stitches, etc Customer service rep at Walmart was no help either in trying to obtain a hard copy written manual, He was only interested in helping me complete the process to return the sewing machine.

the machine is not good, it skips programs, it confuses programs, the stitches change from large to small, the tention is off. safe your money, dont buy it

Spend your money on the Borther sew machine. It's more user friendly and better for beginners. I learned on a Brothers then bought this. It was a down grade.

the tension is impossible to regulate on my machine. also the measuring guides are on the left side of the presser foot which makes nosense at all. i only needed it for hemming but couldn't even use it for that.
