So far so good. I haven't been on it very long. Looking to have a more balanced system, feel better with more energy and better eating habits.
So far it seems to be working. I have lost a couple pounds. It makes you not as hungry.

I haven't lost any weight while taking these. However, if you use them for constipation, they are a bit helpful. Although, I've only been taking a half dose because I didn't want any stomach cramps. Sometimes the capsule is a bit sticky when trying to swallow. It's not a big deal, but it's something to keep in mind if you might have trouble swallowing.
