Easy to Connect but Mount Doesn't Stay Secure
The dash screen was very easy to set up and connect to my phone. The Bluetooth and CarPlay connected quickly, and the display is clear and responsive. I had it working within just a few minutes, which was a big plus. However, the mounting system is the main issue. While it sticks at first, it does not stay mounted securely for long. After a short time, it begins to loosen and eventually falls off, especially when driving on uneven roads or in warmer temperatures. The device itself works well, but the adhesive mount needs improvement. If the mounting system were stronger or included a better suction option, this would be a great product. Overall: Great connectivity and screen quality, but the mount makes it frustrating to use long-term.

Rear back up. Camera doesn't work.
Had this device professionally installed because of the backup camera Software does not have back up camera so it does not work How do I get the software updated or how do I return this for the correct item?

Sorry didn't work for my mustang
I could not figure out why both of my fobs just instantly stopped working. I finally had a mechanic pin point it down to this product. When plugged up it made my theft light come on and put my car into someone stealing it mode. Sorry but this product is nice looking but I need my popper to work more than this .

Horrible, doesn't work.
This product is not work. I immediately took it back to Walmart and returned it the next day. they didn't even want to ship it back and then give it back to me and my money back.
