I build powerlines for a living so I'm always on my feet got these insoles to try and I have to say day and night difference very comfortable and fit perfect would recommend
I put a pair in my walking shoes and a pair in my work boots. I did feel less fatigue and the shoes had a better feel. Overall they made both pairs feel like a better shoe.

Too short and too narrow. I guess I'm more annoyed at myself for buying inserts that were not cut to fit. They appear nice and thick in the photo, but they are not. Don't be suckered by the online photo. Not worth my time to return, so I guess they'll go in the trash. Had they been wider and 2-3x thicker I think I'd like them a lot because the I do like the design and feel a lot. Also, put sizing on the web page. All that's listed is sizing for children, not that it would help because there is no conversion to millimeter. I had to physically measure, based on the instructions. If you do this, add 20-25mm and cut to fit, and hope they are wide enough. Mine are going in the trash, along with the time wasted ordering and reviewing them.
My shoes felt the same on my feet with or without these insoles. Very uncomfortable. Waste of money
Size chart not very clear. These inserts would fit someone with size 13 shoe.
