Good Quality Generic Cut-Off Wheel
The cut off disk is compatible with my Craftsman rotary tool, which is also compatible with a Dremel. The disk is of standard quality of the name brand ones, hard sandpaper like material. The only thing I noticed that was different was that it didn't make as much sparks while cutting metal, which is better. The cut speed was still equal. The container it came in is very generic with no labeling. The container is large enough to fit 35 disks, but they crammed the 36th under the cap. DID NOT COME WITH THE STEM. The picture is misleading since it shows it.

Package came in reasonable time. Was in postal mail box. Reasonable price. I use these cut off wheels to trim the length of screws in my shop. They cut clean. Cuts quickly and precisely. I use them almost daily. They do break easily and wear down while cutting. So always expect that you want a supply on hand!
