Great "Mini" Workouts
These 20-workouts are from the popular TV show, Caribbean Workout featuring Shelly McDonald. These workouts are prefect if you only have a small amount of time. They feature varying levels of difficulty.

Beach Pilates
I really liked this DVD as it gives you a variety of a great workout. I learned new and different ways of doing the same exercise from another pilates dvd. The location it was filmed at was in front of a pool in the Barbados, so it gives you a great feeling. I would recommend this DVD

Doesnt play on my dvd player
I tried and tried to get a few of the discs to play and they wouldnt start. I noticed when i first opened om disc it already had a few scratches on it. Since it didnt work i had to use another one of my workout videos. Im disappointed.
