I love this curl iron. I discovered it on Instagram and had to get it. I love how easy it is to use. And the curls come out so beautifully. The auto rotate I will need to get used to.

Too tricky to use for me. I think learning curve takes too long. It did curl but sometimes multiple tries. Plus if you're not really great a using a curling iron, then it's probably not for you. Plus I burned my forehead with it.

Very short clamp, don't buy if you have short hair because it wouldn't work.

I bought this is a gift , was used 2 times before the power just kept shutting off and wouldn't stay on. I reached out to company to let them know and they said someone would reach out but nobody has. It's been over a month now waiting for response

I have yet to receive the product. It was delivered to a business address on a Sunday, left outside the front door and someone else is pobably enjoying it. I called customer service to report it and here I sit without this gift for Christmas.
