Enjoyable
Enjoy the flavor. I usually take 30min before working out and it's helped give me more energy. Texture is a little gritty but not horrible if you drink some water after.

Great option for creatine!
The orange flavor of these gummies is pretty tasty - they taste a little gritty, but you only eat 4 at a time, so its not a deal breaker. I want to say they are giving me added energy and more muscle building, but its too soon to tell. I will repurchase.

These are better than creatine powder. However, they are still a little bit gritty and the orange flavor is a bit off. it's still doable for taking your creatine, but I'll search for another flavor next time.
