I am so happy I was recommended this product by another woman with PMDD. I've been drinking a packet a day for about a month now, and I feel like it's started to help improve my mood, and how I feel day to day. I've noticed my hair has stopped shedding as much as well. I haven't felt like my hormones have been out of wack for the first time in a long time. I also really love the flavor. I definitely recommend trying this.
This product has made me feel amazing and so confident in myself. Really seeing and feeling changes.

Love this drink.
I was worried about the taste as some powders just have such a weird aftertaste. This does not. I don't know that I notice anything yet but I have only been using it for about 10 days. More to come.
Been using this product for about 3 months now. Nails are definitely stronger, hair is healthier, and my energy levels are up! I happen to enjoy all the flavors I've tried, too!
The flavor is good. I wish it would not need to be shaken repeatedly to finish a serving. I have noticed NO change in my weight or overall health in any way at all.
It's ok. Taste is not what I expected. Per reviews the taste was great. It's not at all tasty. I will not be reordering.
It's too sweet for me and I add more water or ice to my glass. I'm willing to try another flavor and see if it's not so sweet.
