still in the box
i do not need the fence any longer but the boxes got wet but the contents inside are not damaged at all. i did not open or assemble the fence. can i return it or do i need to get a new box for it.

Not latching
It is not self latching / self closing. The latch is difficult and annoying to use. It keeps opening on its own. So I had to put a padlock on it and a sign because my neighbors are problem individuals who will report me. I paid got permits from town to assemble the pool. If they come and inspect me I might have a problem with this gate. Since I already assembled and scratched it up I have to keep it now. Other than that it is a nice high quality design. It has stabilization issues though. It's meant for cement installation only not dirt ground. Needs professional installation and not by me. So it's wobbly. No idea why all pool fences are like this out here. It needs longer stakes.
