I was worried about ordering these online, but I really have enjoyed the taste and texture of these gummies. It is too early to say if I have noticed any changes in my body, but I am feeling optimistic.

Within a week, I started to see myself push harder in my workouts, increase my weights in weight lifting, and get stronger. I take 3 before I workout to help up my energy and focus, and recovery from my workouts faster. I have the watermelon burst I love it! I plan on trying a new flavor in the near future.

I actually tried another brand of creatine gummies. Bear Balanced not only tastes better but I noticed a difference in how much better I feel with BB gummies! I couldn't wait to repurchase Bear Balanced gummies. I like the taste and the consistency of the gummies. They definitely improve my workout!

Started going to F45 recently and was having a pretty hard time keeping up with all the box jumps and lunging. There are a couple I met here in Charleston that both take these and recommended. I've noticed the workouts are getting easier and I take them right before class starts. Being an older woman that is just getting into fitness after 40, I feel 10 years younger after some of our training days! The watermelon flavor is really tasty, sort of like a pink Starburst candy.

Just started taking them two days ago and I notice a different in my energy both in and out of the gym.

I was so happy to stumble upon these because I knew I needed creatine in my life but not another powder! These gummies have great ingredients, taste delicious & arrived quickly! 10/10!

Flavor is ok, it's very tart but not bad. They are very chalky tasting when you chew them. I haven't taken them long enough to speak on effectiveness. I do love that this brand will easily and readily show the 3rd party testing that what they say is in them, is actually in them- since with most gummies that is not the case. This brand seems very forthcoming. Wish the taste was a little better. Trying blueberry next time to see if they are better.

They do not taste good! They leave a bad aftertaste. I would not buy these again.
