My youngest son tried them as well and said they were good but of course preferred a sugary alternative. However these will be a great addition to our healthy snack bin. I like the ingredients are just fruit. There are no added sugars, it is all-natural. The flavor was good, but it had more of an apple and pear taste than mango. They are like a natural fruit roll-up, but the texture is more grainy so you may have to introduce it slowly to the ones who are used to the artificial fruit roll-ups. I would recommend this for a healthier alternative to fruit candies.
