Bold SmokeEms-Wow
Great for kiss of smoke on high temp cooks. You get about 30-45 minutes of smoke with each packet.

Exemplary flavor, easy use
I purchased some nice bacon wrapped filet mignons and sautéed them in butter in a cast iron skillet once my smoke'em started producing smoke. My wife said it was the best filet she's ever ate. Sold! I can't wait to try it with a brisket or even burgers!
