Beard Wizards Card Game | A Spell-Slinging Battle for 2-5 Players

Beard Wizards is an excellent and entertaining game. It's easy to learn and easy to play. It's good for groups of up to 5 people and games last like 15 minutes on average. Have played the same with my teenage nieces and they loved it. Also played with other adults and everyone thought it was amusing and said they would lay it again. I would recommend this for those looking for some quick, entertaining, family fun.

This was a really fun game to play. as a card/board game enthusiast I was really looking forward to sharing this with my family. We had a blast playing it and hopefully we can get together again to play it soon. Up to five players, the rules are easy to learn. Pretty simple and straightforward. You either grow your beard out or your opponents get cards to shorten your beard. there are other "tricK" cards in the deck. I don't want to spoil the whole thing. It's fun to learn as you go. You'll have fun, trust me.

fun games for kids and adults casting spells and growing your beard makes you last longer and win the game some kids might get bored not for all people but the ones that like this stuff most likely will enjoy .

I also plan to get the butt game as well for future parties. The only thing I think this game could’ve had to make it a little more exciting would be actual beards to wear that could somehow be extended as you player. Still was enjoyable.

Interesting game. It is definitely something different. I have not actually had time to play it with other people but just reading what you do is entertaining. My five year old definitely will not understand how to play it.

This card game was a bit confusing to learn at first, but the pay off is totally worth it! One thing that confused me the first time: item cards are NOT colored coded like I initially thought (spell cards, etc. can be any color, I thought they were all the same at first. My fault...). Once we got going though, this was a hilarious game to play. I was worried that a game with five people would move slowly, but everyone had to pay attention to see who would steal cards, use counter spells, or artifacts during play. Lots of fun!

The Beard Wizards is not your average card game. Beards it is all about the beards, nothing else matters. As a beard owner, I love that there is a game that is all about beards. I have played lots of card games over the years everything from the classics all the way to some of these new ones and by far this is the best one yet. The Beard Wizards game is fairly easy to learn once you get started and play a few turns. The game itself is well made, the cards are sturdy, not flimsy, and seem to be printed on a good quality card stock. I just love the artwork on it, you can definitely tell that some thought and effort was put into each drawing. I have played countless times now with the family and the kids seem to enjoy it a lot. It is now one of the first games that are suggested on game night. Great for any amount of time, most games don't last very long but it is just as much fun to play it over and over again. I would most definitely recommend the Beard Wizards game to all my friends and family and anyone who is wanting a fun game that the whole family can play.

This is a card game about beards and wizards which to me don't really go together but it is still fun. I only played it once so far so it took a little longer than I thought but I think the more you play it the quicker it will go because you will know the nuances of the game. You have to draw cards and try to grow your beard by getting positive cards to use on yourself or negative cards that you can use to take beard hairs from your opponent. It kind of reminds me of uno but with beards and you do not go to no cards to win but the messing with your opponents part is similar. In order to win you must collect 1 card from 3 different card colors and have 7 beard hairs then you can cast a spell and win. As someone that has a beard I did find it somewhat entertaining. I did include a picture or the game layout and a picture of some of the cards.

Fun for a family game night or any other night This game is so fun! Easy to learn and each round only lasts 15-30 minutes depending on how many players you have. Great game for only two players but also lots of fun with more

This is kind of a silly game that is best tried for children. Basically, you draw cards, each of which have a description of something you can or cant do, and the goal of the game is to build as long a beard as possible. My family and I are more accustomed to various other more popular board games, which aren't nearly as luck based, or if they are, have more strategic elements involved that require planning, and some critical thinking. Some of the games we play are more cooperative in nature, but still require coordination and planning. This game pretty much lacks any of those elements, and for that reason, I dont really like it that much. My children thought it was mildly amusing at first, but it would be best for younger children who just want to have fun doing silly things and tasks, and less so for anyone who wants to really think harder and plan to win a game. Games that require that kind of work are obviously harder for younger children to grasp, but obviously are more gratifying to play. Ultimately, it just comes down to what kind of game you prefer or are in the mood in, how old your children are, and what kind of games they want to play. I would recommend this as a game only for younger children who want to have a superficially fun time. otherwise,e you'd be better off looking elsewhere. That said, I think the build quality of the game is good- the box that it came in was high quality, strong cardboard with a good gloss on it. The cards seem to be high quality also, and seemed fine when shuffling. The art is so-so, but that's purely subjective. It's not meant to be an intricate game, so the graphics are perfectly fine, and they are in-line. Again, I will not be playing this game much, and we only played it once, so I dont know how these cards will hold up over time to repeated shuffling, but a rule of thumb in general with cardboard/paper cards is to be gentle when shuffling because any creases you create stay permanent, and I would expect that to be the case with these cards.
