Ok, I've used this for summer sausage, and breakfast links so for and it is the real deal. I have always been a recipe type where you dump your combination in. I can't find this type of quality to replicate in any grocery stores. Also, you pair this with any of their other flavors and it truly is next level. This is the second time I've used this seasoning? First bought 25 pounds of pork from the grocery store and made sausage just to make sure I liked it. Last weekend I killed a guilt that I raised and either the help of a neighbor we cut it up and made another 80 pounds of sausage. We love it and look forward to trying other blends. I love bearded butchers and all the products I've bought so far. I wish I was closer so I could hit white feather meats and buy from your retail store. Seth and Scot are amazing and I watch your videos all the time. You guys gave me confidence to do this whole pig thing. Thank you!!

Did a brisket. It turn out great . A little salty . But still turned out great . Next time going to use the blacken with it . Love your seasonings and your videos . Going to do a road trip one of theses day to visit your store.

The diy snack sticks turned out well for being a beginner trying new things with my own vension

I used it alone and made a batch of 25# pork/wild game sausage.....definitely was less flavor then I had hoped ! Needed much more pepper for my taste (personal preference obviously) I did enjoy the ease of the product being pre measured and the salt level was spot on (which is usually the hardest to get right ! I have a second bag ima make and prolly add some course black pepper and blue berry's like they did in there video that looked. I will be trying more of there product !!!
