The supplement has some really great ingredients. It has the perfect combination of vitamins and beard growth nutrients the tablets are easy to take and have no negative side effects. The supplement seems to be working well.

Good product. The pills are big but I swallow 2 at a time which is the recommended dose. Once a day. I bought this for hair growth in general cause it has biotin which is great. Also a laundry list of other vitamins and supplements. The pills don’t have a bad taste and go down without any chemical or funny taste to it. Give it a try if you’re curious also if you already take the vitamins included then it’s a great multi-vitamin as well as specifically for hair/beard growth.👍🤌🫡😍 I

vitamins %26 ingredients alone are anacinf in this supplement. The smell of the vitamin is strong %26 they are bigger than the average, thats the only reason for 4 stars. otherwise, good to go!

It has a lot of good vitamins in general, but the pills are quite large (lip balm for reference), which I find difficult to take. I would recommend you use this alongside something like minoxidil, it'll improve results.
