there brand new which is expected just not at this price point definitely worth it maybe not $300 but definitely the $159 after tax they come dead so your gonna have to charge them but this is 30 minutes after they came so no complaints so far about everything i expected

If u had the beats solo 3 wireless and liked them then these are definitely a upgrade , these headphones have a more crisp sound and the ANC works in my opinion just as it would if the solo 3 had the function

Absolutely terrible product. 1. Doesn't fit well, in fact I feel pain in my ears if I wear for more than 30 mins 2. There is darn way to turn this thing off easily. It drains out all the battery and I have recharge it EVERY SINGLE time before using it.
