Beats by Dr. Dre Studio3 Wireless Noise Cancelling Over-Ear Headphones, Matte Black

Super happy with this order. My son had a pair of Studio3 wireless that broke. I called apple to see what it would cost to fix them. It was going to be $360! I only paid $350! So I immediately checked Walmart and found them for between $200-250. Why on earth would I pay 360 when I could just buy brand new?! Also they shipped real quick as well.

Don't like how Beats fold into themselves. It creates a dent in the foam. It is starting to puff back out though after a couple of weeks. Will not be folding them up to store them in the case they gave. Will be storing them loosely folded in the box.

These do actually come with an optional wire, so if you don't want to use bluetooth all the time, or have a device without bluetooth capabilities, you can still use them. The person I bought them for does say the sound quality seems a bit better plugged in, but he didn't say it was bad at all while they were bluetooth. The noise cancelling does seem to work great, but we haven't tested how long the charge actually lasts. All in all, happy with this purchase, especially because Walmart had the best prices when I shopped around.

I purchased these and they can't hold a candle to my " Original Dr.Dre Studio Beats". Beats are owned by Apple now and the original Beats were made by " Monster". However I think that they are well made and do have potential. I highly recommend that you definitely have to use a professional studio grade " EQ " with at least a 10 or 15 band graphic rack with a spectrum analyser. Sincerely, Shawn K. Pugliese.

Bought it for my boyfriend for Christmas it was fine at the beginning but it's now January 18th and the sound quality is absolutely horrible it's sounds like the bass was static when you turned the volume all the way up.

The order was marked picked up 30mins before I made it to the store. The box had no stickers on the outside to keep it sealed. When I opened the box there were no stickers on the headphones either. I found stickers that had already been peeled, stuck to the inside part of the box. The ear pads also had a small stain, and the outside part of the headphones have hand prints. Also when I activated the Bluetooth, the headphones popped up on my phone with someone else’s name.

According to the serial number on the product, the product cannot be found on the official website at all. After consulting Apple, it is determined to be a fakePlease check the serial number through the official website in time to ensure the authenticity.

The speaker blew within a few months. I'm not a young kid. I wasn't listening to loud music with heavy bass or anything. Apple refused to help because Walmart didn't put the serial number of the beats on the receipt. Ridiculous! I had the receipt just no serial number on it! Now I have useless earphones.

I placed the order around 1:00 for a pickup at 8:00 p.m. I get a reminder email that I have a pickup at 3:00 p.m. at 6:00 p.m. it tells me my order is canceled because it's not in stock how do you cancel order 2 hours before pickup? I'm very disappointed in the service and how this was handled this is unacceptable

I order the Beats Studio 3 headphones back on 11/21/2023 the expected delivery was on 11/24/2023. On Friday 11/24/2023 the delivery changed to delay. Then I call customer service on 11/28/2023. They said if I don’t get news by the end of 11/29/2023 they will refund me. Said that I want the product not the refund. Today 11/29 at about 10:00 am they send me a text that it was delivered. It was not delivered. The package was not on my door, my neighbors or the mail room in my building. I accepted the refund but I did not want the refund I wanted the product. Walmart does not keep the word on the Black Friday deals. I will not buy anything else in the store.
