Not 7 Loops only 6
Overall, it the crab snare seems tough and sturdy. I haven't got to use it yet since we aren't going to the beach until June. But something I didn't notice until my husband was asking about them. The item is described to have "7" loops attached. but it doesn't. I had only taken 1 of the 3 we ordered out. I hadn't checked the others, until now. I was thinking maybe it was just bad luck to have the one missing a loop, but I when I took them all out to my surprise all were 6. Honestly, its not going to be a big difference since I have no idea where they would have placed the 7th one without it being in the way. So I guess its a good thing. Less tangles.

Slots too small
Slots are too small for crabs to get to the bait and entire unit is too light for conditions in SF Bay. It may be perfect for calmer conditions elsewhere.
