Beautiful 4-Slice Toaster with Touch-Activated Display, Rose by Drew Barrymore

This toaster is pretty, but that’s about it. It worked great for a while, but after about 3 months, does not toast evenly. The same setting will sometimes toast perfectly, sometimes burn, and sometimes doesn’t see to toast at all. Randomly, only one side of the bread will toast. For a $70 toaster, it’s absolute garbage.

I really wanted to give this toaster a full five-star review. I've loved all the products from this brand—we own the air fryer and the mixer, and both work flawlessly. Unfortunately, less than a week after purchasing this toaster, one of the levers stopped staying down, making half of the toaster unusable. It's disappointing because the design and performance seemed promising at first, but the durability just wasn't there.

It is a beautiful toaster but poor quality! We've had this item for 4 months and the right side lever does not stay down to start the toaster. Very frustrating to have a 4 slice toaster and only be able to use 2 slices! My last attempt is contacting the manufacturer in hopes they will make this right since we are just past the 90 day return window. A $69 toaster should last longer than 4 months!!

I bought this toaster in June of last year. It has been decent until these last 2 weeks. The lever on the left hand side will not click into place so I have to hold it down in order to toast anything. I have tried reaching out to someone as it's covered under warranty, with no luck. Save your money.

Toasts well but thinner bread will fall into the mechanism and can easily work its way into the rear of the spring mechanism. When this happens, you have to remove the bottom of the toaster which is held on in part with triangular security screws. This has happened twice since we bought this toaster a month ago. I've never had this sort of repeated failure due to design with something as simple as a toaster.

Toaster is flawed… it's a gorgeous toaster, I bought the green one, however, the inside lip of the slots for bread are flawed. Every single time I use the toaster, I have to take a fork to get the toast out, it gets stuck inside the lip… and if your bread is small, say you use sliced French bread, the whole mechanism doesn't bring the toast up to the top, so again, I have to use a fork to get the bread out. I'm confident this is happening with a lot of people that bought this toaster.

The machine from outside gets very hot. cannot touch the toaster after even 1 slice of bread has been toasted. and it can burn very bad if you touched the toaster. not talking about the top that will obviously going to be hot. The 1 star is for the design and the looks.

I ordered the black and got the white. Smelled horrible and the sides of the toaster get VERY hot! I burned my fingers! It was almost like it was on fire! It is pretty but not worth the fire risk! Took it back to store... oh and yes made in China once again. UGH!

Toaster blew up 2 days shy of 2 months after purchase. Only used a few times. It's pretty but not made well.

We loved this toaster but it's been barely a month and the right side of the toaster no longer stays down when you try to heat so it's only half usable. We have obviously thrown away the box by now and can't return. Very disappointed as I've wanted this toaster for a while now and finally decided to spend the money only for it to turn out this way. I'm hoping somehow my husband can fix but I would personally save your money.
