The rice cooker needs some time to release pressure before the timer can begin to display and count down. My rice has turned out perfectly fluffy every time and the various components are super easy to clean! I love that this rice cooker alerts you with a sound when it's done cooking and I also love the warming setting as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The touch panel on the front is very easy to use and it cooks the rice perfectly. It is smaller than the rice cooker I normally use but it's great for making rice side dishes where you don't need a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a simple straight forward rice cooker. It is easy to use, cooks rice and steams vegetables to the correct doneness. I liked that it stopped when it was finished and kept it warm without burning the bottom of the pot. The simple esthetic is nice and the digital display is easy to read. It feels like a sturdy small appliance but not heavy to carry.

I've tried to cook brown rice and jasmine rice and it hasn't cooked well either time. I had to cook it twice. And it still came out crunchy and not done. I would return it if I hadn't thrown the package away.
