Beautiful 6 Qt Programmable Slow Cooker, Sage Green by Drew Barrymore

I am very disappointed with the fit of the lid on the crockpot. It does not sit flush with the crockpot for a good desk. The lid rocks and is not level. I have it seated on a very flat surface, so that's definitely not why it doesn't fit tight. I feel it was just poorly made.

Ok it's beautiful and it works, however, the lid does not fit? I'm unsure if I was sent the wrong lid or if that's just how it's made but there is a huge gap and majority of the heat escapes from the gap. I don't think it's heating the food to correct temps and it takes forever to reheat food. I'm so disappointed, I want to love it but I'm thinking I've got to return bc of the lid.

Let me start by saying that this crockpot is so pretty. I got it in white and it looks gorgeous in my white/gray kitchen. But this is the most disappointing appliance I’ve ever purchased. For starters, the cord is so short! I have a large kitchen with quite a few outlets but I still had trouble finding a good spot for it because the cord is so short. The crockpot does not heat up enough. What I used to cook in my old one in 4 hours now takes at least 6 - sometimes 7 unless I cook it on high and then it has a tendency to burn. I have to keep a very close eye on it which defeats the purpose of a crockpot. My very biggest issue is the digital display and settings. It is so dim that I cannot read anything on the screen during the day. I literally have to put a towel over the display and over my head to be able to see the display. And then the buttons don’t work 1/2 the time and I have to unplug it and plug it back in to change the settings. I was so excited about this crockpot but am now so disappointed.

The controls on this are terrible. You have to hit so many buttons just to turn it on and then the f you want to change the temp it’s nearly impossible. It’s easier to unplug the thing and plug it back in to change the temp. You can also hardly see the control panel. There’s no back light.

I really liked the size of this crockpot, it was huge! Unfortunately, I had to return it because the lid did not fit correctly. Hopefully it was just the one I received but the food would not have cooked because the lid did not seal correctly to the base of the crockpot.

I realize this item is hot on the inside, as it’s cooking food. However, the outside portion gets really hot as well. My laser thermometer pointed at outside of the unit was 203° . I burned my wrist as I reached past the crockpot for something and made contact with it. Also - this crockpot emits a super high pitched ringing that doesn’t stop. I thought I was going crazy until my husband heard it too. It doesn’t stop until you unplug the unit Lastly - it’s just my opinion that this should have a seal around the glass lid. This one does not. I encourage the manufacturer to make some changes before someone gets hurt worse than I did.

Besides the no sealing lid and the fact I just wasted an expensive beef roast, I get burnt every time I try to place the lid onto its holder. Doest matter what setting I put it on, it won’t even simmer. Maybe I got a defective one. But I doubt it. Definitely returning it!

The lid on this doesn't fit right there is a a huge gap on the sides not sure it will cook anything right if all the heat is escaping. The screen is also very light you can barely read the screen during the day time. To change any of the settings you have to unplug and plug the crock pot back in. Overall I think I'll be returning it. Love the color just the quality wasn't there.

Do not buy — it’s pretty but it’s cheap crap! I couldn’t resist this slow cooker because it’s SO PRETTY!! I did read some bad reviews but crossed my fingers hoping they were one-offs. Unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be the case and it’s really a cheaply made low-quality product :/ We couldn’t even use it once! Tried to use for first time and the heating element started smoking. Filled the whole house with smoke and horrible smell of burning plastic. I’m so disappointed and it’s being returned immediately.

I’ve loved it while it worked but after only 4 uses the screen stopped working and when I plug it in it gets super hot immediately. Thankfully I noticed it right away otherwise I would be worried that something is going wrong that could start a fire.
