Beautiful Drew Modular Sectional Sofa with Ottoman by Drew Barrymore, Charcoal

Very pleased with this purchase. We waited for it to go on sale and then pulled the trigger. It was delivered in 4 separate boxes the next day. Took about 30 minutes to unbox and assemble. The most time consuming and difficult part was breaking down the boxes afterward. It looks great, is firm but comfortable-I've napped on it almost daily, and big enough for my family of four. If my living room was big enough, I'd buy a second.

Beautiful by Drew furniture collection is great. This the second purchased I made from this collection. The modular is great quality, comfortable and modern design.

For not seeing or testing in person I was scared. But when it arrived it was perfect. The online tools helped and the quality is much better than my old Amazon couch.

Very comfortable and easy to put together but is heavy to be expected. The only thing I don't like is how the individual pieces don't connect and wish there was a way to do that so they don't slide apart.

This couch was super easy to put together and it is pretty comfortable. I would have 100% recommended jt but with just a few months of use it's pilling terribly and it looks so bad. I rarely sit on it and it happens so easily.

Walmart is no longer selling this color because I think enough people have complained but the gray version of this couch is missing one of the back pillows. They reduced the price knowing that this was how the couch arrived. This is so frustrating! My husband and I took the time to carry the couch down into the basement fully assemble it only to find it's missing the back cushion. I somehow missed that in the reviews. Or else I would've never ordered this. Walmart's solution was just to give us a discount off the couch, but it still doesn't give me my missing back cushion.

Never received all pieces to put together. Very difficult to get support from Walmart- they only wanted to give a partial refund since we received 2 of the 4 pieces. Has to make arrangements to return what we did receive as they could not track or resend the pieces lost in transit. Not worth the headache!

While I LOVE the furniture itself, I'm starting to rethink future purchases from Walmart . I put together this gorgeous couch “beautiful by Drew” - and bought all pieces for $898 tax - and find that I am missing a couch cushion . After countless calls to customer service - they want me to RETURN THE ENTIRE COUCH RATHER THAN SHIP ME THE MISSING PILLOW 😳. This couch arrived in 5 HUGE boxes and heavy as all get out and no way this makes sense . Thinking I might DM Drew herself for some help . Feeling frustrated 😣

Hard and horrible! The aides don't match up and once in place they are hard to get out. I am not having success getting it retiurned through Walmart or the Manufacturer. Very sad.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COUCH. I'm not trying to tell anyone what to do, but please save yourself the time, money, and stress. I ordered this couch and it arrived almost perfect — except it was missing one back cushion. If you look at other reviews, you will see the same about the back cushion, but I took that chance and That's when the nightmare began. For three months, I went back and forth with customer service and got absolutely nowhere. I repeatedly asked for a manager and doubt I ever actually spoke to one. All I wanted was the missing cushion. Instead, the first representative told me I had to pack up the entire couch so FedEx could pick it up and do a same‑day exchange. That was the first lie. They sent me one shipping label for multiple boxes, even though each box required its own label. Because of that mistake, one of my boxes disappeared into thin air — and I'm now out the money for it. When the manufacturer finally received the return, they refunded me for boxes 1 and 2, sent me box 3, and completely ignored box 4 — no refund, no replacement. After months of trying to resolve this, I'm now out $160 and have no couch. Instead, I have one random middle section that's completely useless without the rest. What makes no sense is that they demanded the entire couch back over a single missing cushion, then refunded only part of it and sent me one piece. At this point, I don't trust them at all and will be returning the lone box they sent to my local store.
