[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cheese shredder attachment is going to make thanksgiving mac and cheese a BREEZE!!! I love how simple and easy it is to use. The attachment takes seconds to assemble and the food pusher makes it feel safe to use. It shredded a block of cheese in about 2 minutes and saved my wrists the time and pain from doing it manually.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted to make a quick cucumber salad and it was so quick with this attachment! I am old school and normally use a mandolin so I didn't think this would make a difference but it's so fun and fast. If you add the same amount of pressure throughout you get pretty even slices. In a few seconds it sliced a whole cucumber. I can definitely see myself using this for meals when we host our friends and family! It cuts the prep time a lot. There's 2 different shredder attachments which is great for a variety of salads, toppings, etc. I didn't even have to read the manual to be able to attach and use the slicer. Very intuitive and simple! I will probably store these away with my storage containers until I need to use them. They are a bit bulky so they don't fit easily inside a kitchen drawer. Other than that, great!

I grated some hard cheese” asiago” & it did it in seconds with very easy clean up. These attachments can perform many tasks to make your life easier. I highly recommend them.

I like that I can connect the attachments as needed and don't have to pull out a separate appliance. They're easy to attach and use, and cleanup is quick. I use them to quickly shred potatoes for hash browns, slice veggies for salads or wraps, shred cheese, and more. They're a great value and add functionality and convenience by turning the mixer into a multifunctional tool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Beautiful Signature Plus Six Quart Mixer is a very attractive, lightweight machine with a plastic housing and a smaller motor than a typical prosumer mixer. The design is intelligent, with a locking bowl, comfortable controls, and useful attachments that make everyday tasks easy. The shredder works well, though the feed tube is fairly small, which limits the maximum length of shreds. The motor handled shredding, batters, and mixing without overheating and without any other ill effects. Overall, it is a well-thought-out choice for light to medium use in small kitchens or for casual bakers.
