If you like your bed to be nice and toasty, preheat before slipping under the covers, and this will do the job! I have the king size, and other than a cool strip down the middle between the individually controlled sides, I have zero complaints. It's comfortable, and heats each zone evenly.

I bought this for my 90 yr old mother who has always used electric blankets. Her blanket stopped working so I replaced it with this mattress pad. She likes it better than her blankets! She turns on the preheat while getting ready for bed and the bed is toasty warm when she gets into it, sets it on 3 and keeps her warm all night. She says that she does not feel the wiring in it and the warmth takes away the pain in her legs from arthritis. That is wonderful, now she gets a good nights rest. And the heat controller is simple to use.

Great value compared to other similiar products. Works well. The bed is nice and warm even on a cold night. We shoould be able to save ome money on heating as we can keep the house thermostat set a few degrees lower than we usually do

I am pleased with this heated mattress pad. It works great and the quality of the pad is wonderful. If you are in need of a good warm bed at night, I would recommend this product. Easy to use.

The mattress pad works very well. It warms quickly if you use the preheat function. My two minor complaints are the cord between the pad plug at the foot and the controller is too short (I had to run it between the mattress and the box spring and they say to not do that) and I wish there were more settings. Five doesn't give me enough temperature control. Other than that, it's great! Yes, I would buy another one.

It works fine. I hope it lasts longer than the Sunbeam pad I just threw after after only a year. As reviewers on others sites have noted, the cords are very short. I had to run a heavy-duty extension cord from the outlet to the cords (don't use a thin extension cord on something which gets hot). Also, it runs very hot. I'm usually very cold-natured, and I have it set to 2 (5 being hottest)

Sides deep enough to easily put on our large pillow top mattress. We've only had it a short time and seems to warm a bit slowly so may have to remember to turn on ahead of time. Nice to have dual controls. Heat more evenly dispersed as compared to the one we replaced.

Item was larger than I anticipated - would almost have covered a full size mattress. Nice deep sides and the pad itself is quite thick and comfortable

The company obviously has problems with this model. The lights on the controller would stay on for approximately a minute and then switch off. I did the recommended trouble shooting suggested in the owners pamphlet and then called customer service as was also recommended. When there is an option to select "if your controller does not work" you know it's a common problem. Return was easy. I did however select a different brand. I wish we could find items made in the USA easier!!!!

Doesn't get very warm it arrived one controller instead of two am going through the ringer to get the second controller they should verify contents before they ship!
