Beautyrest Heated Microlight to Berber Oversized Solid Throw

I bought this heated throw to help keep warm during these very cold days and nights. This oversized throw is very soft and has three levels of heat to choose from. I bought one for my daughter, one for my grandson and one for myself, all different colors for Christmas. They're loved by all!

So far, this warming throw/blanket is working as advertised. I put it on HI and it got warm quickly and I ended up putting it on LO which was just right. I don't think I will wash it - it is just me - don't really think that would be good for the wires, etc. It is very soft and I love the blue color. The plug is kind of a bugger to get plugged into the blanket end - it won't come unplugged by itself because you have to depress a sort of "button" to even unplug it!...but I guess that is for safety sake.

Looked at various throws. Since my Wife is always cold I thought a heated throw would be the best choice. I picked this one because of the large size. It is much heavier than her previous throw .Don't even use the heater for her too warm up

We gave it as a gift and the recipient absolutely loved it. She put it in use immediately and used it throughout the Christmas weekend. It is very high quality and feels wonderful.

I previously had several Sunbeam heated throws, biggest issues were they quit heating and because the heating coils weren't sewn it, it was like they were in a sack. Very hard to keep coils straight, they would bunch up at the ends or sides...hated that. The coils are sewn in place on the Beautyrest so there is no shifting. I ordered 2 of them and my husband and I both love them, very, very soft and oversized. I wanted to bu y two more but they are out of stock....ugh!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't expect to like this blanket as much as I did. It's a throw size and cream color, but it is my new favorite (though I need it in another color too). It is so soft and it holds in quite a bit of heat on its own, I usually put heated blankets under another to keep in the heat, but this is NICE. I can only do the lowest level on this because she is warm. Crank it to the top and it is toasty, I like to use that to heat my spot up and turn it off. Perfect size for the couch or for warming just your spot on the bed. The controls are easy and I enjoy the turn off time because it's at least long enough to get you off to sleep and it really does hold that heat in, so I don't need to cut it on again if I fall asleep.

This blanket is amazing! It's very soft and heats up in a jiffy. The best part is it's size. It's much larger than any of the other throw blankets. It makes nap time on the couch heavenly in chilly Ohio. I definitely will be buying another! I just hope it last longer than the Sunbeam brand blankets I've purchased in the past that quit working after one winter. I've had this one for about 3 months, and so far, it's still working great. This is, by far, my new favorite blanket!

I have been using this for a couple of weeks now and am very happy with it.. It's a little larger than some of the other throws which I really appreciate so my toes don't stick out the bottom. The Sherpa lining is very soft and masks the coils (heating wires) a bit so I really don't even notice the coils when I'm using this. The top side is velvety to the touch. I bought the light almond color, haven't seen any shedding so far. Would definitely purchase again. The only thing that would make it better would be an extra 2 feet of cord, but this is a standard length for all the throws I considered. I just wondered why I waited so long to get myself one!

I bought what I thought was a full/queen sized blanket. It's about 6-7 inches short of covering my queen size bed. It heats well on the higher settings but barely registers on the lower settings. The material and weight are good. It's a little large, but I've decided to use it as a throw when I watch TV. Works great for that.

Had this for 1 year and it stopped working. When it did work it only got warm in spots. I did love how soft it was but very disappointed that it doesn't heat up anymore. The temp buttons are all flashing green.
