Perfect for your posture because your head sinks right into it and there is just enough lift that you're not straining your neck. The filling is like down feathers but better because it snaps right back into shape. No fluffing necessary (see pics). And the bizarre thing is if you want to prop them up to watch TV or read a book, they stay up. They're single handedly the best pillows I've ever slept on! I'm so happy!
