First, I'll say, I purchased these exact earrings from this exact seller, a few years ago, at least, and these earrings, because I purchased several pairs, one pair, I left in the box all these years, and when I finally sorted through my jewelry and opened the box because, I forgot I had them, they were in mint condition, exactly as when I purchased them, and they arrived!!! They did not tarnish they did not lose their shine nothing! That's because they are Vermeil/ gold filled, same thing. They are not, are not plated! Plated, gold, rubs off real quick, tarnishes, etc. but not filled gold/Vermeil! They stay new for years, even in humid conditions, hot conditions, dry conditions it doesn't matter. So when I open the box with these earrings after these years, I said oh my gosh I've got to go purchase more, so that's just what I did and my new ones arrive today different sizes this time! And I rest assured that these earrings are going to last me for years and years and years ! They are the next best thing to solid gold! You cannot go wrong don't even think about it, just buy them! I had to close the gap in the clasp of one earring but other than that they work perfectly for me. I saw someone say they never take them off which is why I purchased. They haven't caused me any irritation, as sometimes an earring will cause skin to attach itself to the earring while in my ear if I'm sensitive to the material. I've had these on for 3 days so far, even in the shower, and have had no issues or tarnishing.

These are large hoop earrings, and they are not gold plated, not gold plated, they are gold filled gold filled has many layers of real gold opposed to just a plating that can kind of chip off or wear off overtime.
