So easy to use and saves so much money on batteries! Just plug it in and ready to use.. docks do take a few hours to charge controllers but for the price its an amazing product

Sub optimal, if I could give it 2½ stars I would. First I issue is that when the console gives you a notification that your controllers batteries are low...with standard AA's your controller will last you about another half a day before it dies... But these battery packs only last about 2-5 minutes before the controller shuts down,. Which ain't much leeway if you're used to playing online. My second issue, is that the box is rated for about 18-20 hrs of battery life... But I usually play with earbuds/mic plugged into my controller which gives me about 12-13 hrs of battery life...however, I haven't tested it without using my earbuds so I'm giving that 18 hr claim the benefit of the doubt. With that being said, I can't say that it wasn't worth the 30$... cus in the end, it still beats the price of constantly replacing AA's as far as I'm concerned, and Walmarts delivery service was phenomenal.

Less than a week after using the batteries got super hot and melted the plastic around them. It also got melted plastic on the controller terminal and now the controller will not work with ANY batteries! A net loss of over $80!

Product is actually ok. Haven't had any probs. Low rating because of all the messages asking me to rate/review this product. 12 in the last few days! I'm petty so here's my review. So if you get this product it should work for you, but be ready to be harassed like crazy.
