Fit better and hold 6 cups of urine, you can even get their booster pads (add that for the night,) I think with the two, which I do at night, gives me 10 whole cup capacity ! I can tell that the product is well-made. However, the Large size proved to be too small for me. I'm in the process of losing weight and will thus keep the product for the near future use. I will be purchasing more. Your Customer Service is excellent. I have a sense that you care about the customer.

The product itself is excellent- strong and absorbing. However, I suggest that the customer purchase a size larger than his usual undergarment size. I bought what I thought was medium. It came as a small-medium. I am not a large sized woman and could barely get it on. Unfortunately, I was not able to use the undergarments as they were too small.

These are the most form fitting briefs I've ever worn. Others are usually high in the front and too low in the back. That seems backwards to what a nighttime incontinent person would need. If you are lying on your back and you have an accident, the fluid runs backwards where you need more protection. But the BECAUSE briefs are high all the way around. That's great because I'm high waisted. They fit me perfectly and are very comfortable. My only complaint is that they are already higher priced than my other briefs and with the shipping costs they're quite pricey.

I have tried most all "overnight" pull-ups %26 by far this product exceeded my expectations. Only product that holds larger quantities of liquid %26 has best order control.

Fits well. Absorbency is better than others I've tried. I use them daily. I wish they could be bought in store instead of having to have delivery. That's very troublesome.

I love Because Sensitive Overnight , they are easier on my skin plus holds a lot of liquid at night. I have recommended these to my sister and she loves them. It is so convenient to just have them shipped to your home.

Sensitive overnight is a good product. It does hold alot - alot. It is sooo soft. I no longer get sore from paper like pads. The only complaint I have is that the padding is not attached to the cover so sometimes it bunches to one side or the other so I get leaks. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen.

Not high enough at the back. Urine leaks between the buttocks during the night, and wets the bed Each night. The bigger size is much too large and leaks all over. The sensitive overnight ones in xl are the best I've found although a long way from perfect.
