It fits easily in my 2011 Ram but in my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee the hanger had to be cut off to close the hood. They work fantastic love them highly recommend them

Best solution
I have a short that drains my battery overnight. It only happens when it wants to, so I cannot find it. This switch has been a game changer. I press a button on the key fob and it prevents the drain and I have a full battery every morning.

easy enough to hook up, but it doesnt work. it disconnects the power but when you hit the on button, the power is on for half a second and immediately shuts back off. i could hear the device c I icking when using the remotes but it doesnt work

the post to connect the car negitive cable to is to small dia for the cable to clamp to so the switch will not work.
