I love these pillows! Once you remove the seal tight package wait 30 minutes and they are ready to use. If you like fat fluffy pillows these are not for you. If you are a side or stomach sleeper they are perfect. So soft and cool - like sleeping on a cloud!

These were falsely advertised Says Doctor Pillow also checked label on pillow and Beckham Hotel is no where on it. Woke up with horrible headache due to neck being so high and forward. Will be asking for refund

I've had the pillows for less than 10 days now. I just took the pillow case off to wash and the pillow has broken. The inner stuffing is completely falling out

Pillows arrived flat and when taken out of package they never expanded and were undersized more like a travel pillow then a bed pillow. Very dissatisfied!

The product received is not what I ordered. The pillow delivered has “Doctor Pillow - Beckcam Pillow” written on it. The reference number on the pillow also does not populate when search on Google or the doctor pillow website.

The pillows we received were not even what we ordered. They were labeled completely differently - different brand name on the label entirely.

The pillows sent to me are NOT Beckham Hotel Collection…from some random brand, ordered king but got queen, quality seems sub par

When I finally received the pillows they were vacuum sealed in plastic so when I opened the plastic, I thought the pillows would expand but they didn't. Each pillow is about 2 inches thick so there is not much to them. Even if I used both pillows there is no support there. Would have been better off buying a pillow from the store. At least it would have been a lot cheaper with more support. Guess I will have to be more careful next time.

I have no idea why this pillow gets good ratings. This is not generously stuffed, and your head sinks through it straight to the mattress. Does not offer support at all. I let it rest for a day and fluffed it all I could, but this is simply not a quality product. Very disappointing and a waste of money. In addition, it took forever to get here.
