this item is so great you put it in the microwave for 3 minutes and it soothes all of your sore muscles after a hard day at work i love it

I wish it had more filling. I bought it to put under the covers at the foot of my bed to make and keep my feet warm, but it doesn't stay hot long enough.

Smells soooo good! Works well for my stiff neck and shoulders. A little flimsy but for the price it is nice.

This wrap works great! To have a replacement knee surgery and place it in the microwave for 2 minutes and it does the job of pain pills, and is much safer than the left, as I was told by my physical therapist and Dr. Comfort is the very best thing from it. I will be using it on my neck. Also, because I have had 3 shattered vertebrae's years ago.

It works well. I have a lot of arthritis in my neck vertebrae. It would work better if it was 2 or 3 inches longer. It does not come down as far as the pictures show it and I believe it would stay in place better when you are moving around working if it was a couple of inches longer.

wish a little wider. And more heated stone. We like the smell when using.

Great first few uses but lost about half of the internal material after 4-5 uses. Shrunk enough that it is not used much any more.
