Doesn't stay heated long
I bought this for my elderly mother that has pain from a break. The concept of the velcro is great. The fact it doesn't stay hot for more than 5-6 minutes is a letdown. It defeats the purpose bc my elderly mom doesn't move around a lot. It kept her trying to get up and down to reheat it many times. I wouldn't suggest the product for that reason only.

Barely gets cool after 36 hrs
Does not get cold enough to keep on for more than a couple minutes. I really like the ease of the wrap and the size is good for my knee and wrist. It's unfortunate that after being in the freezer for 36 hrs it is barely cool to the touch. I don't understand why it has to be in a sealed bag (per directions) so after the first 24 hrs I took it out of the bag and just left in the freezer directly. Still 12 hrs later barely cool. I have used older medi-beads wrist/elbow wraps that get much, much colder and are easier to use. Had hard time finding one for knees, though. I was so hoping this Bed Buddy with it's size %26 adjustability would work.

Dangerous catches fire easily
DO NOT BUY WILL CATCH FIRE I owned since Sept 28 2021 to Oct 9 2021 where I microwaved it for 1 min 30 sec and it came out smoking and burring I had to put under water to stop it from bursting in a flames. I have owned many other and never had this happen, super dangerous
