first one received looked great and pendulum swung. no chimes, nor did hands move. was promptly replaced. second one works, chimes are a bit tinny sounding, poor instructions, and the finish is a bit uneven. not what I was expecting for the price

I purchased another clock and they sent this one. Called customer service and they said they were out of the one I ordered so they sent this one. No,, i don't like this one. I sent it back for a full refund. The clock looked great and had a quality wood and glass cabinet. I never used it so I don't know how it sounds.
