WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE our Cooling Bedgear pillows!!! We sleep better at night with the Cooling comfort of a pillow. Our morning routine has changed dramatically because we switched pillows...we wake up feeling like we had a good night's sleep, and we don't have that feeling of a "sweaty head" needing a shower morning. This is our second purchase over the last several years, and our granddaughter just requested Bedgear pillows for Christmas.
I appreciate your company giving me some time to actually try your pillow "before" asking for a review. So far, I have no neck pain and my sleep has improved since using your pillow. Many thanks!!

Very comfortable!
This pillow is comfortable but the cooling is non existent. Pretty disappointed considering the cost.

I used to have the storm and loved it but this pillow I thought would be just as good if not better has disappointed. It is hot in two seconds and the insides slide all over the place like the covers doesn't fit right.
Product itself is probably fine, but it came stained, still sealed in the bag. Customer service refused to exchange it and instead offered to do the return but it cost me $20 ship it back.
