Works well and works as described. However, it is a pain to dry after washing it. If it goes through the machine it is still dripping wet when it comes out due to the waterproof layer. Granted this is minor in the scheme of things, but something to consider.
Love my new mattress protector, it fits my king bed like a dream and it and my fitted sheet now stay in place!
This bad gear is awesome. It actually stops and spillage from going to your mattress.
I bought the mattress protector and it really does work. It's great for our adjustable bed. It's easy to put on and take off and fits just right.
It fits very well.
These sheets are beautiful and so comfortable. I love the soothing color.
Quick context: after about 7 years with a Purple mattress, I recently bought a Tempupedic. I had gone years using Sheex on the Purple, but thought I'd try the Egyptian cotton sheets sold by Tempurpedic. Was not a fan, but still wanted to try something new. Enter Bedgear. Since Bedgear's website invites the comparison between itself and Sheex, and since I've used both on the new mattress, I'll compare. The fitted sheet is fine. Both grip the mattress about the same, and both have the stretch needed to get the most out of the mattress. Bedgear relies on a hard paper tag (bit cheap feeling) to line it up with the mattress, whereas Sheex has a handy visible seam going lengthwise on it, which matches up with the edge of the mattress, and which I find much more helpful when putting it on, but otherwise I don't notice a significant difference between the two when sleeping. Might stick with the Bedgear, might switch back to Sheex. Undecided there. The flat sheet is - as some others have commented - laughably, clownishly, oversized on its width. And it makes making the bed so awkward that I'll be switching back to the Sheex flat sheet, since the material is similar enough anyway, and colors still match. The pillow cases are probably the most disappointing. Not because they're bad, but because the strap on the inside was what drew me to Bedgear the most, and it turned out to be a swing-and-a-miss. Both Sheex and Bedgear are smooth and silky, which makes them very easy to slide off a pillow. Problem here is that the pillow cases are so large that only a similarly large pillow will actually be held in place by the inside straps. These still help a little, but barely, and have been quite a let down. All in all, if this is your first experience with this type of sheet set, and you like a silky feel and/or your mattress benefits from sheets that can stretch, you probably won't be disappointed. But I don't think Bedgear is smart to directly compare itself to Sheex, as the Sheex set feels a little more substantial and weighted, sleeps a little bit cooler, is easier to get on the bed, and is usually pretty similarly priced.
this is my first time purchasing your product and I bought the sheets. They look nice when I got out of the bag, but when I put them on my mattress, which is a king size mattress they were oversized and it's almost like I have to wrap them around my mattress to keep them in place… Again, I would not purchase your product again. It's not worth the money.
Bought new Night Ice pillows to replace a set of Storms. Bought these to protect the new ones. The protection membrane completely erases the cooling effect of the pillow. Don't waste your money.
I bought this to replace a cheaper mattress protector that I had got which leaked. I figured spending a 100 dollars would have given me a product that worked better than the 20 dollar one. A few nights ago my son had an accident that completely penetrated this "waterproof" protector soaking the mattress and leading me to spend hours cleaning it. I submitted a warranty claim via the website and email. They never responded via the website, but were pretty quick getting back to my email. They asked for information and pictures all of which I sent and then denied my claim saying my warranty expired. Well, it has a 1 year warranty and the package also mentions a 10 year warranty on top of that. The issue is I've only had it for THREE MONTHS. They are sending me a replacement just to be nice again but this one won't have any warranty protection. End of the day I dont care what you warranty says. You sell a waterproof protector that isn't water proof you replace the product or give me a refund. I recommend looking elsewhere for you mattress protecting needs.
