At first, I was really worried about buying a sofa with no reviews. But once it arrived, I was honestly surprised! It came vacuum-packed, and as soon as I opened it, the cushions just popped right up. I absolutely love the fabric — it's unique and feels super comfortable. The support is great too, and it seems like it'll last us a good while. If you're still on the fence, just go for it!

I was sceptical buying a couch/sofa in a box. Obviously I took a chance especially not having any reviews on this. But to my surprise, it was better than expected! The fabric is thick and feels tough as in high quality. It's very sturdy sitting center of the seats since it's mostly springs inside, and when you plop down it has a nice floaty feel but it doesn't feel like you're sinking in, it's definitely more on the firm side. And the back cushion give you strong support yet soft. The bottom base has hardwood and the rest is spring and padding. There is no noise sitting, jumping or moving around on it. The back rest is also solid wood and uses hardware to attach. The sides are also soft but sturdy where you can set remotes, phones and even cups on it, and they have side pockets for storage. It takes less than 2 hours to setup. The only thing to keep in mind is that edge support on these types of couches (like memory foam bed mattresses) they don't have much edge support, so you will sink or slip off depending your position and your weight. Other than that, it's comfortable for sitting upright and looks awesome.

the design is not right, I wouldn't call it luxury either. When we first got the couch the couch was sinking low when you sit on a certain part of the ottoman. The armrest even sinks in and is not sturdy at all. It doesn't have support and even with the ottomans if you sit at the edge it sinks super low. I reached out to merchant about the sizing and they don't care because the sizing is still incorrect in the description, in the title and through the pictures. I measured today the back support and armrest and those numbers are off also. The armrest doesn't have much support, I sat on the edge trying to adjust my shoe and the arm rest dipped low and the couch is already low. The backrest is not 33” it's only 28 something. It's very misleading, it sits low to the ground, the color doesn't match, the length is not what is not what y'all said it should be. The pillows are thin, I had to deliver 4 boxes 2 flights of stairs because the carrier y'all used left them where anyone could grab and not outside my unit door. The couch is shorter than 147.5 even with the armrests when I measured it. The color is not even black it's an off black or whatever you call it! also, the length said 148.5” and it's not as big as i thought, because I had another couch that was 130” and its the same size. so it's very misleading bc the color is way. Just very misleading.
