let me first just say I was super excited to get this! I needed something really pretty for my sunroom and this just fit the ticket! I love the fact that you can actually rearrange the sofa into different shapes for whatever you need. when I received it, I received three different packages and they were slightly heavy because this sofa is good quality so it's a little heavier. all of the pieces were in the boxes and it probably took us about an hour to assemble. my 9-year-old and my 12-year-old helped me assemble this. for softness factor it is soft definitely... it is also a great height for my sunroom. I like the color a lot because it's extremely airy and pretty and goes well with all my decor! we will be using this a lot because it is comfortable!! when you're assembling it, you will see that the cushions are Velcro on the bottom so they don't move... and they have multiple pieces to secure the sectional in place. however, you assemble it. I actually also love that the cushion covers come off and can be washed.

Love this sectional! Soft chenille fabric feels premium, shape fits my living room perfectly, and the movable ottomans make it so versatile. Easy to assemble, stylish, and super comfortable.

Overall love this couch so far. Looks just like the picture. The assembly part was kinda tricky because we were missing some parts and had to reach out to the company.

I'm really happy with this sofa. The cushions are comfortable and have a good balance between soft and firm, and the sofa feels very sturdy. I love the modular design, especially that it can turn into a bed, which works perfectly for my small space. The storage inside the seats is also very convenient, and the fabric is very durable too. My cat loves it and it's holding up great. Overall, a great purchase! 😊

We love this couch! Got the green and it's muted and beautiful in person. Easy assembly and love that it's completely modular. It isn't oversized by any means but it's perfect for our smaller living room and love that you can store stuff under each cushion!! Worth the money for us

This couch is great! It took a couple hours to assemble and it's comfortable. Quick shipping as well! My partner and I accidentally ordered 2, and customer service has been very helpful and responsive on sending it back. I highly recommend this product!

The couch is very high quality. with sturdy cushions and soft feel. The assembly was a bit confusing (I did not watch the video, which is my fault) so it took me a bit longer than it probably should have. I did not like the fact that you had to wait days in between for the pieces to be delivered separately, but I understand how it can happen. IT is pretty light weight to move and slide as needed. I LOVE the storage which is the number one reason I bought this couch. I like the fact you can rearrange it different ways and adjust seating as needed.

I was looking for a new couch that will fit in my basement to watch football with a family of four. Putting the couch together was ok for the most part. Having two people will speed up the time. I slept on it a few times and it's comfortable. I would not recommend jumping on it, plopping yourself on it like a cannon ball in a pool, or doing anything wild. The wood to build the frames is not the strongest, but the cushions are comfortable. What I appreciated the most is the customer service of BedLuxury. One of the bottom frames was cracked when I opened it. I reached out to the company via email, showed some pictures of the damage, and they sent a replacement one within a week. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a modular couch and you are not trying to break the bank.

The green is more of a gray green. It's not as vibrant as the picture but it's a good colored couch. It's a little on the darker side.

Biggest gripe : there color in the photo is deceiving compared to actual color in reality. That's at least the case for the “dark gray” color; it's a conventional gray and nothing like the dark, almost black look I was hoping for. The assembly was okay for someone not great with assembling things, but some screws were seemingly never catching the thread inside of the cushions - so that slowed me down significantly and never was resolved fully. Luckily the structuring isn't contingent on those 8 screws inside the cushions. But I do like the outcome and design other than that. It's heavy so it's not for those don't lift weights as far as getting the box inside after delivery! Mostly satisfied but the color difference was a disappointment as I do not like the dull color.
