we moved my 85 year old mother in with us %26 got her this chair. she loves everything about it, she forgot that it had heat %26 massage so she loved it all over again.

This was a BD present for my mother's 88th Birthday. She spends a lot of time in her recliner, and she immediately feel in love with this chair. She likes everything about it and has no issues with it so far. Delivery was sooner than expected. (I had to hide it for 2 weeks before her birthday, so she would be surprised.) Assembly and setup was a breeze and we haven't experienced anything like others have described in their reviews. We are totally happy with the entire process and quality of the chair. Great buy for us!

I had to add extra cusion where entire body rests. The bar across the lumber area gets uncomfortable. The foot/leg rest does not have enough padding and despite how the pictue looks, it has a slight downwars slope. The price was ok but over all, it needs mor padding.

we got the chair but the plug in that plugs in to motor was squashed and couldnt plug in. So lift chair doesnt work yet! after sending many pics and explaining the problem i i guess the part has been sent. althought i cant find any tracking for it. just want to get thr chair working. got it for my son as he had back surgery 2 weeka ago and still cant use it.

The vibration %26 heating function will not work due to connectors not fitting together and therefore making it unuseable, the buttons on the main handheld control is difficult to actuate with pushing it down. Would appreciate an email contact with vibration %26 heat problem esolution.

Very uncomfortable. Tried to return to seller and Walmart within the 30 days and no one will accept a return. Very poor customer service

Not for anyone over 5'6"ish. This had all of the features but is much smaller than we need. My husband is 6'2" and he looks like he's sitting in a child's chair. The description made it sound like it was bigger. The seat is shallow and extremely dense. Not very comfortable. if you're looking for a comfy soft chair to sink into this one is not it.

I paid $600 for it and it lasted 7 months and from that time on I have haggled with the warranty and all they do is keep putting me off and nothing is settled. I paid $59 for a 3-year warranty and it's not done me any good so far. all they seem to want to do is postpone and postpone and postpone
