Nailed it
Sadly I had put a wall with a door in. . so, I made my own problems, but they were solved easily. I love the way the liner feels, it was easy to trim to my needs. It fit as it should. And. . the least expensive thing Ive added to my van yet. Perfect!

Compresses more than I expected
I bought this for my Transit van to fill all the channels on the floor. It is custom-cut, to a point. The high and low channels on the pad are continuous across the entire length of the pad. However, on the van floor there are breaks in the high spots. This would be more effective if the pad were thicker in those spots. When you walk on it you can definitely feel those spots, there is a lack of support there. Also, if I'm putting a lot of weight in one spot it leaves a dent. The dent eventually pops back out but that surprised me.

takes forever to get a liner
I ordered a cargo mat 2 weeks ago. I called to see the status and it still didn't get shipped. They said it would take 3 days for a response to find out an eta on the matt, so I cancelled the order. Next, they said it would take 3 days to see if the cancellation went through. I thought they were kidding. Very poor customer service.

Not precise
Advertised as a precise fit for my van, but there was a gap of several inches all around except for one spot that was too wide and ran up the wall of the van. Disappointed.
